The role of Executive Chef at Fox Run Village offers an exciting leadership opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about quality food and exceptional hospitality. This position calls for a seasoned chef with at least three years of experience at the executive level and a demonstrated ability to manage food production within budget while upholding outstanding standards of food quality and plate presentation. The Executive Chef will be instrumental in driving the community’s Signature Menu Dining Programs, which emphasize from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired creations, enhancing the dining experience for residents. Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, supervising back-of-house staff, managing recipe development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations. Candidates must be well-versed in current culinary trends, possess excellent knowledge of food cost controls, production protocols, and sanitation standards. Additionally, proficiency in PC software and point-of-sale systems is essential to effectively manage various operational aspects. This role offers a starting salary of $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and eligibility for an annual bonus. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years executive chef experience
- Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation
- Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Fine dining experience a plus

Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and high-quality food purchasing, preparation, and presentation within budget
- Supervise all kitchen staff and oversee back-of-house systems, core menus, and recipe management
- Maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation, conduct monthly internal sanitation audits
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state food safety regulations (Health Dept./HAACP)
- Partner with General Manager to address and resolve food production or presentation issues
- Maintain high standards for food quality and plate presentation
