Job Requirements
- Four years of culinary experience
- two years of management experience preferred
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- ability to multi-task
- ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, and by reading
- advanced culinary knowledge
- management experience in people and problem-solving
- ability to simplify agendas for the team
Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of culinary experience
- minimum 2 years in a management role preferred
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
- experiential knowledge in managing people and problems
- oral, reading, and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task
- ability to simplify team agendas
Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
- maintain proper culinary standards and techniques for food preparation including production, presentation, and service
- manage culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff to ensure quality in final presentation of food
- train and manage culinary and kitchen employees on best practice food production techniques
- coach employees by creating a shared understanding of goals and methods
- reward and recognize employees
- plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
