The Executive Chef role is a pivotal leadership position within our restaurant. This role goes beyond standard kitchen management to encompass a strategic partnership with the General Manager, aimed at elevating every aspect of the guest experience. Job Requirements
- Proven Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining establishments
- Experience managing high-volume kitchens with annual sales of 8M or more
- Strong financial management skills including food cost and labor control
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with front-of-house leadership
Job Qualifications
- Proven Executive Chef experience in a high-volume upscale dining, fine dining, steakhouse, or seafood-driven environment
- Experience leading teams in restaurants generating 8M+ in annual sales
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing food cost, labor, and profitability
- Passion for leadership, team development, and building a culture people want to be part of

Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and execution
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing BOH team through coaching, accountability, and leadership
- Partner closely with the General Manager to create a seamless guest experience and strong restaurant culture
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and overall kitchen profitability
- Ensure flawless execution of premium steaks, seafood, seasonal features, and elevated dining experiences
- Establish and maintain operational systems, training programs, recipes, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement while balancing creativity, financial performance, and guest satisfaction
