This positions Levy as a highly respected and dynamic employer in the hospitality sector known for its commitment to excellence, diversity, and inclusion.

The Executive Chef role will be based at the iconic Daytona International Speedway, home to the legendary Daytona 500, one of the most significant racing events globally. Besides Daytona, this role will also offer culinary leadership support to Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama and Homestead-Miami Speedway in Florida, both of which are essential NASCAR venues. The position invites an individual who demonstrates a passion for creativity and leadership in the kitchen while effectively managing high-volume culinary operations within fast-paced sporting environments. The Executive Chef will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding food quality, innovative menu offerings, and consistent dining experiences that align with Levy's renowned hospitality standards.

In this multifaceted role, the Executive Chef will lead and inspire culinary teams to achieve excellence, ensuring all food preparation adheres to stringent federal, state, local, and company food safety and sanitation standards. The role includes managing kitchen operations, overseeing food and labor cost controls, maintaining recipe consistency, forecasting sales, developing pars, preparing production schedules, and training and mentoring team members. The Executive Chef must possess strong leadership and communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. This role also requires collaboration with operations leadership to guarantee seamless event execution and demands up to 20% travel to support different venues. Levy's commitment to a fair, inclusive, and learning-oriented environment means that the Executive Chef will also contribute to cultivating a workplace where authenticity and diverse perspectives are valued. Working at Levy represents an opportunity to be part of a family-focused culture that prioritizes employee development, well-being, and comprehensive benefits.
