The Executive Chef position for Chinese Cuisine at Restaurant Associates offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about authentic and contemporary Chinese gastronomy. The role involves managing cost controls and overseeing expenditures, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading the development and rollout of new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams.
