  • Experience overseeing breakfast service along with refined all-day culinary operations
  • Creative, organized, and hands-on with a commitment to culinary excellence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Lead, inspire, and manage all kitchen operations and culinary staff
  • Design seasonal menus for breakfast, daily service, and special events
  • Execute high-level private events, corporate banquets, receptions, and VIP experiences with precision
  • Oversee upscale event production from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and elevated presentation
  • Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Manage inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency while upholding profitability
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, front-of-house managers, and event teams to ensure seamless service
  • Foster a professional, positive, and productive kitchen culture
