Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 years culinary or food and beverage experience, or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related major with 4 years relevant experience
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage multiple food service areas
- experience with budget management
- capability to mentor and develop team members
Job Qualifications

- 6 years experience in culinary or food and beverage industry
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- 4 years experience in culinary or food and beverage industry
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- experience in menu development and food cost control
- ability to train and develop staff
- proficient in budgeting and financial management
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen management team
- provide direction for day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and food preparation staff
- develop and implement purchasing and receiving guidelines
- establish performance, budget, and team goals
- monitor food quality and presentation standards
- ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations
