The Executive Chef position at Restaurant Associates offers an exciting leadership opportunity within a high-profile corporate dining setting based in Washington, DC. The Executive Chef will also play a crucial role in supporting a robust catering program, managing the planning and execution of events that range from intimate meetings to large, formal functions. This involves coordinating logistics, supervising food presentation, and ensuring seamless client interactions to enhance hospitality and satisfaction. Collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to customize dining experiences is essential, along with compliance to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on culinary skills, a passion for continuous learning, and a commitment to leadership that inspires and develops culinary talent within the team.

This role primarily operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend engagements tied to event support. Familiarity with business technology such as Microsoft Office and Outlook is necessary for daily communications and operational coordination. The Executive Chef will also engage in training initiatives and professional development to stay current with industry trends and elevate the culinary program continually.

Joining Restaurant Associates means becoming part of a company renowned for its dedication to culinary innovation, guest experience, and team development.
