Concord Hospitality is currently seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and elevate the dining experience at one of their notable hotels. This position is full-time and offers an attractive annual compensation ranging from $91,000 to $114,000. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in overseeing full kitchen operations, including the main kitchen and banquet events, while driving culinary innovation and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation. The role demands a hands-on, visionary leader with strong skills in team development, cost management, and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of culinary leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume environments
  • 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced setting
