Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience in high-volume kitchen or corporate dining management
- Proven culinary experience as an executive chef or equivalent role
- Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills
- Strong financial management capability
- Commitment to rigorous food safety and sanitation standards
