This commitment ensures a healthy and supportive atmosphere conducive to students' overall well-being and academic success. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University is recognized for its unique focus on aviation and aerospace education, attracting a diverse student population driven by innovation and academic excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving culinary innovation, ensuring strict adherence to Sodexo's culinary standards, and maintaining exceptional food quality across all campus dining locations. Safeguarding food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards is paramount, and familiarity with automated food inventory and management systems is necessary for smooth operations. Sodexo offers a competitive compensation package based on education, experience, and skills, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision care, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, company holidays, career growth opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a company dedicated to creating a better everyday for all stakeholders by fostering inclusivity, respect, and equality in the workplace. The company values diversity and strives to provide equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, or any protected status.
