The role of Executive Chef 2 for Putnam School District in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, represents a pivotal position within Sodexo's educational services division. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high culinary standards

Job Duties
- Manage purchasing, inventory, menu compliance, food production, and food cost analysis across multiple sites
- Oversee PrimeroEdge food management system and support menu development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo and USDA culinary standards, including recipes, food quality, and consistency
- Lead and support catering operations across Putnam City Schools and neighboring K-12 accounts
- Coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff while delivering strong client and customer service
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards, leveraging automated systems for inventory and operations
