Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Minimum two years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services mall food courts etc
  • Strong culinary background with experience in high-volume fast-paced environments
  • Proven leadership in training mentoring and developing kitchen teams
  • Deep understanding of food safety allergens and special dietary needs
  • Excellent organizational communication and cost control skills
  • Passion for student-focused service food innovation and team success

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations for State Quad ensuring Sodexo's standards for recipe compliance food quality and safety are met
  • Train coach and develop a large culinary team to maintain excellence and consistency
  • Manage purchasing inventory food cost analysis and production forecasting
  • Lead menu development including allergy-friendly and special diet offerings
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP sanitation and workplace safety protocols
  • Drive a culture of culinary innovation sustainability and continuous improvement
