- Proven leadership in training mentoring and developing kitchen teams
- Deep understanding of food safety allergens and special dietary needs
- Excellent organizational communication and cost control skills

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Proven leadership skills in training mentoring and developing kitchen teams
- Deep understanding of food safety allergens and special dietary needs
- Excellent organizational communication and cost control skills
- Passion for student-focused service food innovation and team success
Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations for State Quad ensuring Sodexo's standards for recipe compliance food quality and safety are met
- Train coach and develop a large culinary team to maintain excellence and consistency
- Manage purchasing inventory food cost analysis and production forecasting
- Lead menu development including allergy-friendly and special diet offerings
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP sanitation and workplace safety protocols
- Drive a culture of culinary innovation sustainability and continuous improvement
