These companies collectively strive to reshape the hospitality landscape by focusing on community living and delivering elevated hospitality experiences nationwide. The company prides itself on a service culture that empowers every team member, ensuring they feel valued and contribute meaningfully to the organization's success. CCL Hospitality Group emphasizes mutual growth, where the satisfaction of residents, employees, and clients is paramount, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism is a continuous endeavor.
The Executive Chef role at CCL Hospitality Group offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic culinary leader who is passionate about delivering show-quality food while fostering a collaborative and productive kitchen environment. This full-time position commands a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $135,000 and involves hands-on leadership to manage daily kitchen operations including recruiting, training, and food preparation. The Executive Chef is responsible for leading culinary production, ensuring food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, and implementing cost control measures to optimize financial performance. This role is instrumental in developing innovative menus that reflect customer preferences and seasonal ingredients, maintaining product consistency, and overseeing the proper handling and storage of food supplies.
Beyond culinary expertise, the Executive Chef must demonstrate strong business acumen by managing budgets, controlling expenses, scheduling staff effectively based on forecasted demands, and driving profitability while adhering to company objectives. Providing exceptional customer service is integral, as the Executive Chef will work closely with team members to enhance resident satisfaction through training and coaching that cultivates a culture of genuine hospitality and teamwork. Leading and motivating the culinary team, setting performance standards, and fostering an inclusive and fair work environment are critical components of the role. Candidates should bring substantial culinary experience—preferably 10 to 15 years—with a blend of multi-unit leadership and financial management skills. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not mandatory.
At CCL Hospitality Group, associates benefit from comprehensive employee programs including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, flexible time off, wellness initiatives, and more. The company values diversity and inclusion and is dedicated to providing equal opportunities to all applicants, ensuring a fair and supportive workplace. Joining CCL means becoming part of a renowned hospitality group committed to excellence, innovation, and team member empowerment, where one’s culinary talents can thrive and make a meaningful impact on the community and company success.
