The role of Executive Chef at The Amberleigh is vital to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and nutrition that the community promises its residents. This position demands a dedicated culinary professional who can plan, prepare, and serve nutritious, visually appealing meals in an organized and sanitary manner. The Executive Chef works closely with the Culinary Services Director and kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service across all dining experiences.
In this role, the Executive Chef is responsible for assisting with menu planning, ordering supplies, and preparing monthly dining calendars that align with resident needs and preferences. Serving residents this role requires flexibility, multi-tasking abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and address the unique dietary needs of the elderly population. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
