- 2+ years of Executive Chef experience
- strong culinary training, either formal or informal
- proven ability to work on a busy line while adhering to established menu and quality standards
- passion for training and coaching culinary staff
- experience with menu design and recipe costing
- independent, self-motivated, creative, and equipped with strong communication skills
