This dedication to nurturing talent ensures that every team member can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the guest experience and the brand's ongoing success.

The role of Executive Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is a pivotal leadership position that requires a seasoned culinary professional to helm the kitchen operations and drive the brand's promise of creating memorable dining experiences. This opportunity is ideal for an Executive Chef who is passionate about food quality, employee development, and operational excellence. They champion safety protocols to protect both employees and guests and embody the face of Fleming's by engaging with the community and participating in local outreach events. Beyond culinary leadership, this role involves strong business acumen, including full management of the restaurant’s profit and loss, specifically focusing on the kitchen operations. The Executive Chef initiates strategies to build sales and increase profitability while coaching the team to understand their impact on the financial health of the restaurant. A key part of the role is to uphold the brand's impeccable standards in food preparation and presentation, ensuring every dish served reflects Fleming’s quality and excellence. Upholding safety and sanitation practices with passion and precision is essential, as is fostering a workplace culture rooted in the company’s principles and beliefs that emphasize belonging, significance, and work-life balance.
