Acts is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their team as an Executive Chef. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $67,898 to $83,499 annually, depending on experience and skills, with a starting rate tailored accordingly. The role is ideal for seasoned culinary professionals who are passionate about food quality, team leadership, and operational excellence within a senior living environment. As Executive Chef, the successful candidate will oversee multiple dining venues and the entire food production staff across communities. They will be responsible for creating innovative recipes, maintaining strict food quality standards, and building dynamic menus that appeal to the diverse tastes of residents. The position also involves managing inventory, ordering food and non-food supplies, and ensuring budgets are met through effective schedule management.
