The role of Executive Chef at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is a prestigious leadership position within the Food & Beverage Culinary department. This is a full-time permanent position based in Dallas, Texas, with the opportunity to lead a high-performing culinary team dedicated to crafting extraordinary dining experiences that reflect the hotel's luxury standards. The Executive Chef will be pivotal in defining and shaping the culinary vision for the property, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and presentation.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and working closely with Food & Beverage leadership as well as other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Communications, the Executive Chef plays a critical role in enhancing the property’s culinary reputation and ensuring seamless operations across all kitchens. The role demands a proactive leader who is passionate about culinary innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, with responsibility for managing budgets, optimizing food and labor costs, and driving profitability.
