With over 60 communities nationwide, RLC is dedicated to creating supportive, resort-style environments where residents feel at home and valued. The company thrives on a culture rooted in core values including respect, honesty, kindness and compassion, and service excellence, striving to foster happy employees and residents, maintain full occupancy, and operate within budget. At RLC, working goes beyond just a job; it is a mission to improve the lives of seniors through exceptional service and community building.

The Executive Chef will lead a dedicated Culinary and Dining team in delivering fresh, scratch-made meals that define the resort-style dining experience unique to RLC. This role requires a hands-on leader who actively participates in all aspects of kitchen and dining operations from food preparation to plating and resident engagement. The Executive Chef will oversee the Signature Freedom Dining program, ensuring a flexible, worry-free dining environment that delights residents with delicious meals and exceptional service daily.
