Job Requirements

  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining, full-service scratch kitchen
  • Proven ability to run high-volume service ($5M+ annually) without sacrificing standards
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid operational discipline
  • Ability to recruit, train, and mentor a culinary team
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Execute a chef-inspired menu with consistency, speed, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
  • Own quality control including taste, presentation, portioning, and ticket-time performance
  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste to protect profitability
  • Lead kitchen operations including sanitation, safety, and equipment readiness
