Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years in kitchen management roles
  • proven dedication to serving team members and guests
  • hands-on leadership approach in kitchen operations
  • experience working with local food suppliers
  • strong financial acumen related to labor and budget management
  • ability to resolve problems and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation
  • strong passion for cooking and hands-on leadership style
  • demonstrated ability to nurture and inspire culinary teams
  • experience working with local farmers and sourcing fresh ingredients
  • competence in financial management including labor and budget controls
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills with management and staff

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the team in the kitchen
  • collaborate with the general manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve kitchen problems effectively and promote positive communication
