Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with salaried management in a full-service restaurant preferred
  • Demonstrated culinary passion and guest service focus
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of operational systems and execution methods
  • Stable employment record showing career growth
  • Ability to work up to 50 hours a week with two days off

  • Salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
  • Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food excellence
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and develop teams
  • Familiarity with kitchen management systems and processes

  • Stable job history with upward career progression

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure high performance
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and waste control to maximize profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to coordinate service and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement culinary processes and systems for consistent execution
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and supplies
