The company fosters financial wellness by offering a 401(k) plan with a match of up to 120% on the first 6% of earnings, along with a Retirement Plus Benefit contributing 1.5% of eligible salary to the 401(k) account after one year of service. Executive Chefs can also participate in the Darden Employee Stock Purchase Program at a 15% discount, aligning team members’ interests with the company’s growth.

Yard House values upward mobility and personal development with a strong emphasis on promoting from within. An impressive 99% of General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Directors of Operations are internal promotions, and 60% of Restaurant Managers have also risen through the ranks starting as team members. This environment offers ambitious individuals an excellent platform for career advancement amidst a nationwide network of restaurants.
