Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in executive chef roles or similar
  • experience managing high-volume kitchens
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • willingness to relocate to San Francisco
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or head chef in structured restaurant groups
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • expertise in food cost and labor management
  • ability to implement kitchen systems and SOPs
  • knowledge or informed interest in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine
  • strong organizational and operational skills

Job Duties

  • lead the culinary program for the new restaurant
  • develop and maintain kitchen SOPs and operational frameworks
  • manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory systems
  • build and mentor a high-performing kitchen team
  • ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine
  • oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
  • collaborate with management on strategic culinary initiatives
