Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms. With an extensive footprint of over 360 locations across North America, the company delivers exceptional experiential offerings including bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Lucky Strike Entertainment not only provides thrilling leisure activities for families and friends but also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the major league of bowling. This prestigious ownership enhances its reputation, positioning it as an influential player in the entertainment and sports industries with a media presence reaching millions of fans worldwide. The company's commitment to providing dynamic experiences in vibrant, high-volume environments makes it an exciting place to build a rewarding career.
The Executive Chef role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a unique opportunity to join a lively and growing team where innovation and passion meet hospitality excellence. This position carries a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes comprehensive healthcare coverage and other valuable benefits. As the Executive Chef, you will be a key player responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations within a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will ensure compliance with company standards, including menu adherence and purchasing programs, while maintaining tight control over budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and cash flow.
You will collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to plan and execute memorable events, supervising all aspects of food preparation, presentation, service, and cleanup. Efficient management of food consumption and staff scheduling will be critical to your success, alongside recruiting, training, and developing a top-notch kitchen team including sous chefs and lead cooks. Quality control is paramount, requiring you to oversee food freshness, portioning, garnishing, and proper storage consistently. Ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment is also part of your responsibilities, with regular sanitation audits and compliance with local Department of Health regulations playing a significant role.
Ideal candidates are experienced Executive Chefs with excellent leadership and customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of financial acumen. The fast-paced, high-volume retail and entertainment context demands a highly organized professional who can lead multiple teams efficiently. Experience with banquet-style catering events and special presentations adds value, though it is not mandatory. This role involves hands-on leadership and the ability to foster a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere. You will report directly to the General Manager, supporting all food-related matters crucial to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters an environment where great times and exceptional career opportunities go hand in hand, making this an unmatched opportunity for Food and Beverage professionals seeking to elevate their career while working in one of the most innovative and exciting entertainment brands in North America.
