Job Requirements
- 2+ years of chef or kitchen leadership experience or equivalent
- strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations
- ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or ability to obtain
- ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, equipment, and noise
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- availability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals in accordance with menus and quality standards
- order, receive, and manage inventory
- submit invoices and receipts accurately and timely
- develop and post weekly menus as directed
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- support hiring, training, and daily oversight of kitchen staff
- monitor food costs and support budget adherence
- build positive relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders
- assist with special events and perform general kitchen duties as needed
