Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years of executive chef experience in senior living, healthcare, or upscale hospitality
- proven track record of managing multi-outlet culinary operations
- strong leadership capabilities with team management experience
- knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards
- ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
