The Executive Chef position in Dallas, TX, offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $95,000 annually and represents a key leadership role within Eurest’s culinary team. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for a designated dining account, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are consistently maintained. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team of culinary associates, while also maintaining effective inventory controls and managing costs to optimize profitability and service delivery.

An essential part of the role involves planning and creating diverse and innovative menus that appeal to varied client bases and meet nutritional standards. The Executive Chef will also be instrumental in rolling out new culinary programs in coordination with marketing and the broader culinary team, which helps keep Eurest at the forefront of dining trends and client expectations.
