Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- ServSafe certification
- knowledge of health department regulations
- strong organizational skills
- ability to train and develop staff
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage inventory and control costs

Job Duties

- monitor inventory and maintain par levels
- coach and develop kitchen staff

- manage time and plan work schedules
- solve problems proactively
- ensure financial accountability through cost controls and inventory management
- deliver consistent food quality and guest satisfaction
- promote the restaurant professionally
