Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of ten years experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a hotel, private club, fine dining restaurant or similar operation preferred
- Excellent management skills
- Strong interpersonal, team building and communication skills
- Post secondary courses in restaurant management, nutrition or related field preferred
- Degree or certificate from a culinary institute preferred
- Must be ServeSafe certified
- Must have or be willing to obtain Certified Dietary Manager certification within 12 months of hire
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide leadership in all kitchens and model hospitality culture
- Coordinate food preparation for the entire community
- Ensure recipes and standards are maintained
- Produce the highest quality food product
- Oversee cooking, baking, dietary standards, sanitation, and nutritional value
- Train and develop culinary personnel
- Maintain a positive work environment for staff
