Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 years experience in culinary or food and beverage professional roles
- or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- minimum 4 years relevant experience
- proven leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities

- ability to develop and manage budgets

Job Qualifications

- Leads kitchen management team

- participates in budgeting process
