Job Requirements

  • Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, casual-upscale dining environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staff
  • A deep understanding of and appreciation for NW Arkansas culinary landscape
  • Culinary arts degree from a reputable institution is preferred
  • Expertise in farm-to-table cuisine and Southern culinary traditions
  • Experience working with seasonal and local ingredients
  • Knowledge of kitchen management software and inventory systems
