Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred
- minimum of three years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a food service environment
- one year of hospitality or senior living/housing industry preferred

Job Duties
- Plan, staff, organize and coordinate the preparation of all meals in all levels of care
- monitor the quality and consistency of the food
- ensure compliance with resident dietary restrictions
- give instructions to cooking staff in fine points of cooking
- be involved in food inventory
- conduct regular quality assurance audits
