Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Plan and create rotating menus based on resident feedback
  • Oversee culinary and dining team recruitment, selection, scheduling, and training
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to enhance dining experiences
  • Utilize diverse cooking styles and ensure attractive food presentation
  • Provide exceptional resort-style food service that creates lasting impressions
  • Foster positive and lasting relationships with residents and guests
