Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and develop a culinary team
  • manage food costs, budgets, schedules, and inventory
  • develop and standardize recipes
  • oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coordinate with event planners and management to meet client needs
  • monitor kitchen staff performance and provide ongoing training and support
