Job Requirements
- At least six years of progressive culinary experience in catering
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Experience with budget statements
- Ability to work full-time onsite primarily Monday through Friday
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process including purchasing food specifications meal preparation service and sanitation
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events
- Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operation
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with management to develop menus and culinary offerings
