Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years as Executive Chef in full-scale back-of-house operations
  • Deep working knowledge of Turkish, Israeli, and Greek cuisines
  • Experience managing large-volume kitchens and leading teams
  • Must be confident and presentable for public and VIP representation
  • Familiarity with large hotel or casino operations and union compliance
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
  • Ability to work collaboratively with ownership and culinary leadership

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and oversee all back-of-house activities
  • Develop and execute authentic Mediterranean menus focusing on Turkish, Israeli, and Greek cuisines
  • Build, recruit, and mentor a large culinary team, providing training and leadership development
  • Manage high-volume kitchen environments while maintaining quality and refined execution
  • Act as a public-facing representative of the brand including media and VIP engagements
  • Collaborate with Culinary Director and ownership on menu development and kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with casino and hotel operational standards, including internal systems and union protocols
