Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club, Resort, Hotel or Restaurant
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Food and Safety certifications
  • Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of special diets (preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, develop and inspire the culinary team
  • Elevate the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards
  • Create edgy and innovative new menu items based on current food trends and club events
  • Manage financial cost controls and culinary operations
  • Build magic moments and maintain positive member and guest experiences
  • Oversee kitchen staff schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to support private events, banquets, and a la carte dining
