Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club, Resort, Hotel or Restaurant
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Food and Safety certifications
- Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office products, and social media
- Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club, Resort, Hotel or Restaurant
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience

- Proficient with POS systems (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media

- Knowledge of special diets (preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
Job Duties
- Lead, train, develop and inspire the culinary team
- Elevate the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards
- Create edgy and innovative new menu items based on current food trends and club events
- Manage financial cost controls and culinary operations
- Build magic moments and maintain positive member and guest experiences
- Oversee kitchen staff schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to support private events, banquets, and a la carte dining
