Job Requirements

  • Motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and its world class hospitality standards
  • Previous experience as an executive chef or head chef within a premium high-volume quality restaurant
  • Solid understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality, as well as an ability to innovate and create
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of food quality at all times
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing kitchen team
  • Strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written - to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Being the key leader of the kitchen, effectively managing the team and driving food quality and standards
  • Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve loyalty and retention
  • Responsible for the overall compliance of health and safety, and food safety to both statutory, and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standards
  • Ensuring the supply chain and stock control is effectively managed and controlled in keeping with the concept and in line with Gordon Ramsay Restaurant standards
  • Effective management of the food margin within the targets set
  • Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L
