Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent leadership experience
  • 7+ years in high-volume kitchen operations with 3+ in an executive role
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and production protocols
  • Proven team leadership in multi-unit foodservice or stadium environments
  • Proficiency with inventory, costing, and kitchen management systems

  • Collaborate with front-of-house and event teams for seamless service
