  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a hotel environment with independent restaurants
  • ability to oversee multiple culinary outlets
  • experience managing kitchen staff and training
  • strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • fluency in English
