Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in salaried management of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Demonstrated passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Stable employment history reflecting career growth
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week with two days off
