Job Requirements
- Culinary arts degree from a reputable institution is preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, casual-upscale dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop creative menus focused on local and seasonal ingredients
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to collaborate with local farmers and suppliers
- Commitment to sustainability and efficiency in kitchen operations
Job Qualifications
