Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and culinary arts training required
  • Culinary arts degree or ACF certification strongly preferred
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years related culinary and supervisory experience in healthcare, hospitality, or similar setting
  • HACCP training preferred
  • Customer service orientation
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties

  • Leading and managing daily kitchen functions, staff, and food production
  • Ensuring high-quality food presentation, consistency, and taste
  • Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP protocols
  • Managing inventory, food cost controls, and minimizing waste and loss
  • Supervising and training culinary staff to meet departmental goals
  • Upholding kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and food storage standards
  • Supporting the mission and values of the organization through excellent service delivery
