The Executive Chef role at Proper Hospitality is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the comprehensive management of all culinary operations within the hotel. Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years leadership experience
- At least 2-3 years as an Executive Chef or similar
- Proven track record in high-volume kitchen management
- Extensive food safety knowledge
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Ability to work in varying temperatures including hot kitchens and cold storage
