Sixty Vines, a renowned winemaker's restaurant offering wine country inspired-cuisine paired with 60 wines on a sustainable tap system, is seeking an Executive Chef. This role involves maintaining high food quality standards, leading the culinary team, and ensuring adherence to recipes.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • responsibility for menu rollouts & implementation of kitchen systems
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong understanding of restaurant systems
  • live within reasonable driving distance to one of the current restaurants
