American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is seeking Executive Chefs to join their shipboard team for the 2025 season, offering a first-class dining experience with exceptional cuisine inspired by regional specialties on a variety of ships traveling America's rivers.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum 6-8 years' experience in full-service resort, hotel, country club & banquets
  • ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred
  • familiar with food safety standards
  • ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a team player
  • ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • effective time management and organizational skills
  • excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • able to pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check
  • training and teaching experience
  • Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) required
