Job Description

Papago Golf Course and Lou's Bar and Grill is offering a unique career opportunity for an Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will excel in a hospitality environment and be dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Job Requirements

  • AA degree or Culinary degree
  • Two years of experience as Exec Sous and/or Exec. Chef
  • incorporates safe work practices
  • completes market lists and inspects received foods
  • develops standard recipes for portion control and quality
  • directs food preparation, cost, inventory, and menu planning
  • assists line cooks during peak hours
  • participates in interviewing, hiring, and training
  • develops new cooking methods and maintains industry knowledge
  • prepares inventories and budget forecasts
  • collaborates with other departments for special functions
  • must have Food Safety and Sanitation Training
  • knowledge of sanitation standards and health codes
